Escape to Benedict's Store, a cozy cafe nestled in the heart of Beaconsfield on Gregories Road, where every visit feels like a warm embrace from an old friend. Here, the atmosphere buzzes with friendly chatter and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, inviting you to sit back and savor the moment.

Known for its deliciously crafted bagels and toasties, this charming cafe serves up a delightful menu that caters to various tastes. Start your culinary journey with the Bagels: indulge in the rich and creamy Salmon with Cream Cheese and Onion (£6.80), or opt for the plant-loving Vegan Hummus with Sundried Tomato (£5.80), which offers a satisfying crunch with every bite. If you're in the mood for something heartier, don’t miss the New York Deli Pastrami, complemented by gherkins, mustard, onion, and cheese (£6.80) for a truly authentic experience.

As you navigate through the menu, the Toasties are a standout. The Tomato and Pesto variant (£6.60) melts in your mouth with the sharp tang of mature cheddar cheese, while the Chorizo with Chilli Jam (£8.00) offers a delightful kick that elevates your traditional toasted sandwich. Each dish is carefully prepared, reflecting the love and attention the team pours into their craft.

Don’t forget to check out the Brunch options as well, featuring wholesome choices like the Granola Bowl (£4.80) filled with fresh fruit and creamy Greek yogurt, perfect for those lazy weekend mornings. For something a bit more indulgent, try the Avocado Toast (£10.50), adorned with tajin for a zesty twist—add salmon for just £2 to take it over the top!

Patrons rave about the cafe's inviting atmosphere and the warm-hearted staff who make every guest feel like family. Reviewer Petrina Prata shares her affinity for the “BEST coffee” in Beaconsfield, often indulging in their oat mocha, a divine creation that pairs smoothly with the atmosphere that encourages genuine conversation—no laptops allowed! Others, like Ricky Vann, have praised the speedy service and the perfection of the cheese, tomato, and pesto toastie.

While some have noted slight room for improvement in their coffee’s preparation—citing a need for a balanced brew—the overwhelming sentiment leans towards appreciation for the cafe’s charm and community feel. As Nima puts it, while the coffee may set a high bar with the claim of being the best in town, many have walked away feeling satisfied and eager to return.

Benedict's Store is not just a place to grab a quick bite; it’s a cherished space where memories are made, and taste buds are thoroughly delighted. Whether you’re stopping by for a leisurely brunch with friends or a quick coffee to go, Benedict's Store is a must-visit destination in Beaconsfield.

We called at Benedicts Store for a coffee and cake. The selection of food and cakes was good. Food and drink is reasonably priced. Well worth a visit if you are in Beaconsfield!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The croissants are nice but not perfect, they need a little more bite. We gave them 6/10. The coffee was a bit disappointing, only 5/10. Great to see Monmouth beans used, but to be completely honest, the finished product is a level below independent coffee shops in London. The ratio of milk to coffee and water to coffee were off in our flat white and black americano, respectively. Still, nice place and I hope if they read this review they can take the comments constructively, because Beaconsfield needs a good independent coffee shop and we're counting on you!

First time visiting and I'm glad we did. We needed something decent for lunch one Sunday afternoon and found Benedict's Store. Went for a cheese, tomato and pesto toastie which was delicious. Toasted to perfection! Friendly team and super quick service. I definitely recommend a visit!

A perfect espresso. Served in a cup and saucer with a hot cup and a spoon. Nice crema on top and a lovely aroma. Tasted good too. Thank you.

I visit Benedict’s Store regularly and I must say they have the BEST coffee. I tend to get the oat mocha which is divine The atmosphere is really nice too, everyone is friendly and they encourage people to actually speak to one another by not allowing laptops or tablets on the tables - which I think is a brilliant idea! Would definitely recommend and have made sure to introduce many of my friends and family to this unique, independent coffee shop

Stopped in for some coffee and the service was fantastic. Coffee is advertised as the best in town and it was ok. Set the bar a bit high with the best coffee in town sign.
